Billing Policies and Information

Invoicing:

RidgeviewTel bills current (pay as you go).
Two days after your installation date an invoice is generated and is due upon receipt.

Another way we keep our Internet service and VoIP packages affordable is that we do not mail invoices, but rather, email the invoice to the email address noted on the main RidgeviewTel Account. You can use an existing email address, such as Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, or others. In addition, if you would like to have a Ridgeviewtel.us email (included in your service package) simply inform our Customer Service Representatives and they will set-up a new RidgeviewTel email account.

Payment Methods:

Our preferred method of payment is a recurring credit/debit card. By selecting the recurring credit/debit card payment, you will ensure your account is always paid on time and your service will never be interrupted. Please note our system will automatically suspend accounts that are 25 days past due.

RidgeviewTel accepts:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Master Card and Discover)
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer – debiting your checking/savings account)
- PayPal Payments (see link in our Pay Bill Tab)
- Mail in Check

Please note: If payment is not received within 18 days, a $5.00 Late Fee will be applied to the past due invoice.

If you have questions regarding your account, you can reach us by submitting a request on our website Contact Us Form or by calling us at 800-591-3060.
